Bakalbassi Anthia is a Lecturer in the Department of Organisation Management, Marketing and Tourism of International Hellenic University (former Department of Business Administration of Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, direction of Tourism and Hospitality Management) with specialization in Front Office Management and Reconciliation of Accounts in Hotels (Main Courante).
She holds a Diploma in Tourism Management of Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.
Fulfilling her studies, she built a 15 year professional career in private sector of Hotel industry as a Front Office Manager acquiring specialized knowledge and valuable experience.
Her research interests include environmental sustainable practices as well as the impact of burnout syndrome in hotel industry.
