Vasiliki Gheli is a seconded Primary Education teacher in the position of Special Teaching Staff in the Department of Organizational Management, Marketing and Tourism of the School of Economics and Management of the International Hellenic University. She is a graduate of the Department of English Language and Literature of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a Master’s Degree (MA) in American Literature (2004), and a PhD with a thesis on the correlation of Marketing and the Genre Theory in Cinema (2014).
Her research interests include the area of Film Marketing as well as Marketing in Entertainment and Arts, Film Tourism, and the utilization of Cinema in the Educational Process.
