I serve as a Professor at the Department of Organisation Management, Marketing and Tourism at the International Hellenic University and Deputy Director of our department’s TourLab research laboratory. Since 2019, I have served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Epsilon Net Group of Companies.
My research interests focus on Knowledge Management, NeuroManagement, Metacognition, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and innovative strategies in the Tourism sector.
I had the pleasure to participate and conduct several studies, including the Strategic Planning (Rebranding) of Metropolitan Thessaloniki, the Development of the Smart Specialisation Strategy in Cyprus and Central Macedonia, and the environmental impact assessment of the spatial planning framework for tourism. I have also privileged to collaborate with a significant number of Greek and international universities, while my research has been published in reputable scientific journals and conference proceedings.
Above all, I enjoy teaching and implementing innovative teaching methods.
